RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Defective products or printing errors
If you receive a product with defects, damage or incorrect printing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos showing the problem. We assess each case individually and only replace products with obvious manufacturing defects.

Exception for custom-made goods
All Stonkshirts products are made to order (print-on-demand) and are therefore custom-made for you as the customer. Under Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised for an individual consumer.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are aware of and accept that the right of withdrawal does not apply to these products.

Right of withdrawal
Since all our products are made to order especially for you, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Please consider your purchase carefully before ordering, and check the size guides and product descriptions closely.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. All sales are final.

Since our products are custom-made to order, we are unfortunately unable to offer exchanges. Please check the size guide carefully before purchasing.
