SHIPPING POLICY
Production time
All our products are made to order when you place your order. Production normally takes 2–7 business days depending on the product.
Delivery times
Once the product has been made, it is shipped to you. Total delivery times (production + shipping):
- Sweden: 7–12 business days
- EU: 10–15 business days
- International (USA, Canada, Australia, etc.): 12–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and season.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected products.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. You can follow your delivery via the carrier's website.
Delays
During peak season (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday), delivery times may be longer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the carrier.
Delivery problems
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service and we will help you track the package.
Customs and import fees
For orders outside the EU, customs and import fees may apply. These costs are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Delivery address
Please check carefully that your delivery address is correct. We cannot replace products delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
