Special Purpose Vehicle Co. Off-balance sheet logistics.

In corporate finance, a special purpose vehicle (SPV) is a separate legal entity set up for one specific job. Sometimes that job is financing a project. Sometimes it is moving debt somewhere the balance sheet can't see it, which is how Enron made the term famous before its collapse in 2001.

This tee takes the name literally: a sensible little delivery company with a box truck and a tagline. From across the room it looks like a real fleet uniform. Anyone who has read a footnote gets it up close.

A great gift for accountants, auditors, CFOs and finance students.
