Bone. Eggshell. Pale nimbus. Off-white with a watermark.

Four business cards, four vice presidents, one department. This minimalist print lines up the cards from the most famous stationery showdown in film: Patrick Bateman, David Van Patten, Timothy Bryce and Paul Allen, every one of them Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions at Pierce & Pierce. Beside each card is its spec, from bone with Silian Rail lettering to the subtle off-white coloring, tasteful thickness and watermark that ended the meeting.

The scene is from American Psycho (2000), and the joke still works: same title, same firm, same department, and the only thing left to compete on is paper stock.

A great gift for bankers, consultants, anyone who just ordered new business cards and anyone who has sat in a meeting full of vice presidents.
